Last Friday night, a few hundred people saw the movie, War Room, at Graystone Church. BTW, it was a blast having movie night and hanging out with EVERYONE. Talk about a cheap date night…free childcare, free movie on the big screen, and $1 popcorn, candy and drinks. Let’s do it again.
War Room is an incredible movie about spiritual warfare and the power of prayer. It is about learning to fight in prayer for the things that are most important to you and God. Through the mentorship of Miss Clara, Elizabeth learns to fight in prayer for her marriage and her family. She turns her closet into a war room (prayer closet), and God answers her prayers.
When Miss Clara first challenges Elizabeth to become a praying wife and fight on her knees for her marriage, she says, ““I see in you a warrior that needs to be awakened.” And we see in the movie that the prayer warrior in Elizabeth was awakened.
Does the prayer warrior in you need to be awakened? I hope and pray that this movie inspires you to pray and fight on your knees for the things that are most important to you and God. I hope and pray that hundreds of prayer warriors will be awakened at Graystone Church.
We now have two opportunities to WAKE UP early and pray together.
- Men’s Prayer Group on Wednesdays at 6:00AM – Ozora Campus
- Corporate Prayer on Fridays at 6:00AM – Ozora Campus
“Raise ’em up Lord! Raise ’em up!” – Miss Clara’s plea to raise up more prayer warriors.
