A new season of Student Ministry at Graystone Church kicks off this week. Middle School is Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00PM and High School is Sundays from 6:30-8:00PM. There is a HUGE All Nighter planned for this Friday, August 9, at 11:00PM. Click here from more info on the All Nighter.
Parents, if your student does not have his or her driver’s license, then you need to make it a priority to get them to the Student Ministry meeting or event. You can drive them yourself or find them a ride. We’ve been carpooling with others families to make it easier. If you cannot find them transportation, then let me know and I will try and pick them up myself and bring them. It’s the responsible of the parent to make spiritual growth a priority in your child’s life.
If your student has a conflict with football/cheerleading/dance practice, then skip the practice. When your child is 40 years old that one practice each week will be meaningless. But the investment you make in his or her spiritual life will last for all eternity.
For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.” 1 Timothy 4:8
