7 No Brainers (Parts 1-3): Affairs, Debt, and Kids

1.  If you are married, it is STUPID to spent time alone with someone of the opposite sex.  You are playing with fire and setting yourself up for an affair.  It is ALWAYS best to err on the side of caution.

2.  The key to staying out of debt is to have more money coming in than going out.  If you spend more than you make, then you are living on credit.  Therefore, you are not going into debt.  You are already in it.

3.  If you do not attend church on a regular basis, you are choosing NOT to raise your kids in a Christian home.  If your family is outside of fellowship and not being taught the word of God, then they will conform to the ways of the world.  You become like the people you spend time with.

  1. These are simple, but true. Especially with debt, it’s a very easy concept to understand–more money spent than money earned equals debt–yet so many people find themselves in complicated financial situations. This added stress and frustration certainly impacts other parts of our lives negatively and it’s a vicious cycle.
