For today’s Friday Favs, I would like to know EVERYONE’S favorite TV shows. Now, as a pastor, I probably watch more TV than I should, but at night after the kids go to bed (Jennifer and I DVR our shows.), I really do not feel like reading since I spend a large part of my days reading and studying. Also, it is good for me to know what TV shows, movies, music, etc. are popular, so we can continue to relate to our culture and creatively share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Now, I do not watch American Idol (except for the first couple of episodes), but my family loves it, and I think it’s the most popular TV show of all-time. So, I’m sure some of you love AI. There is a new show that I have been wondering about. I’ve heard that “Modern Family” is hilarious, but I have not seen it. Is it good? Jennifer and I are thinking about renting Season 1 this summer.
