Just checking to see if anyone who reads the “To Live Is Christ” Blog is keeping up with B90X. Where are we supposed to be on our daily Bible reading? I’m in 2 Thessalonians. According to my calculations, we are more than two-thirds of the way through the New Testament, and we have less than one month until Easter Sunday (April 4). Where are you in your reading? What verse, passage or book of the Bible has been your favorite?
Let’s here it. How is B90X going for you? Let’s get a little accountability and finish strong. If you are behind, it’s no big deal. I’m applaud you for taking the challenge and getting into the word of God so the word can get into you.

Come on guys, let’s step up, or speak up. Right now I’m in Joshua, but I’m working on Revelation.
I’m still in it–just a few days behind, but I am sticking with it. I always enjoy reading Acts because i feel like it is where “I” show up–when the gospel goes out to the Gentiles and now everyone is included.
Donna…Glad to know that someone sticking with the B90X with me. Let’s finish what we started!
I say I am following the plan, but I am going slow… really slow! I knew this plan would be a challenge for me to follow, but I determined not to get legalistic with myself and instead read with the goal of staying in the Word so the Word will stay in me (as you said).
I am in Galatians, which beside Romans, begins my favorite section of the Bible. I love Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, and Colossians. Realistically, I may still be in these books on Easter b/c I like to read scripture in ‘bite-sized’ pieces. (: But I am still moving along…
Great Job Angela…I like General Electric Power Company Books as well
you mean.. Gentiles Eat Pork Chops, right?!?!
Great challenge and I have enjoyed it a lot.
I am about to start Hebrews; Not because I am a great reader but because I am mixing reading and listening (Bible mp3). It has been a whole new experience and a new perspective to ‘listen’ Paul writing whole letters to his ‘loved ones’; the churches vs studying and reading small pieces at a time.
I have been impressed with his deep passion and love for the Christians and has challenged me to pursue this kind of affection for brothers and sisters in Christ.
You can see more thoughts about this on a short note I wrote on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=381241087253
Not sure if I’m on track, ahead of the game, or dragging behind. Probably the latter; it’s usually where I find myself. But nonetheless, this has been a GREAT challenge. As of this morning, I’m about half way through Hebrews. I still think Romans is my favorite thus far, if for no other reason than the shift to something more poetic after finishing up Acts. But I was glad to find that I enjoyed Acts far more this time than when we studied it as a gropup. Who knows? Maybe a third perusal will have me in love with it!
Steve…I think you are right on track or even a little ahead. Glad you like Acts better the 2nd time around. I know that the first time had you “up a tree”.
not sure why I’m into smily faces lately?
Maybe you should play Buddy the Elf this year at Christmas. “I love smiling. It’s my favorite thing to do!”
